Return Window: You can return most items within 15 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. And you'll need to provide the original proof of purchase. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., broken, stained, wrong size, etc.), you are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as customized goods to customer specifications may not be eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards, vouchers, and electronic coupons are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Review and Comfirmation: We will review your request within 1-3 business days and inform you if it has been approved.

Return the Item: Once your return or exchange is approved, please send the item back to the specified address. All returns must be shipped to our return address in China. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address via customer service email at support@redssen.com.

Return Instructions: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. You will be notified once the refund or exchange is processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, usually within 3-10 business days. The processing time for refunds depends on your bank's processing times. If there is a delay or insufficient refund, please contact our email at support@redssen.com or inquire with your bank.
- Return Shipping:
- For orders shipped to the US, Germany, Japan, and other countries: You may be responsible for covering the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors on our part.
- Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to prevent the item from getting lost.
