• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

We offer global delivery services to most countries, with a focus on providing free standard shipping to the following markets:

• United Kingdom
• Germany
• United States

We currently ship from our warehouse in China. When placing an order, simply enter your delivery address, and the system will automatically determine if delivery is available to your location. Please note that free shipping is only available for the countries listed above and within local, non-remote areas. For remote areas in the United States such as Alaska, Hawaii, Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota, Idaho, Maine, and West Virginia, an additional shipping fee will apply.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-20 business days.
• Express Shipping: Currently under development. We will update this policy once express options become available.

Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to remote areas or customs procedures. For accurate delivery, ensure your address is correct, especially for PO Box, APO, FPO, and other special addresses. Refer to local shipping guidelines to provide an accurate and deliverable address.

• Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to major non-remote cities in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and other selected markets.
• For deliveries to remote areas or territories that require additional shipping fees, the shipping fee will be calculated on the checkout page. Remote areas in the United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota, Idaho, Maine, and West Virginia, will incur additional charges.
